My delivery focuses on implementing systems of people and technology that help your team continuously improve how they formulate problems and implement solutions together. These systems usually involve human-written documentation, individual and group training sessions, and human-written and tested agent skills.

Modernizing a national shipment rescheduling system.
Your shipment rescheduling system is based on an Excel workbook with a dozen macros with no documentation. You want to modernize it as a FastAPI backend with a business rule decision engine. The lead engineer left and the project is blocked. You come across my profile, schedule an intro call, and deem us a fit. You parachute me in.
Each day I collaborate with logistics experts to understand what happens on the warehouse floor, across databases, and in legacy software from 1993. I then implement that into code we verify the next day.
Three weeks in, I begin onboarding your new engineer. Together, we build the MVP that uses real-time data to make real decisions on real shipments, with an inspectable trace your experts can review. As they take ownership, I shift into an advisory role. They bring the system into production, serving dozens of carriers and thousands of shipments every day.
